exinuclease ABC complex and (B) phenylalanyl-tRNA synthetase that are specific for Camyplobacterales (Epsilon proteobacteria)
- Conserved Indel in RecA protein that is specific for Epsilon Proteobacteria
- Conserved Indels in (S) FtsH protease and (B) RNA polymerase β' subunit that are specific for subgroups of epsilon proteobacteria.
